I will be doing my semi regular one hour guest spot on Kalamunda fm this Monday between 4-5pm.My feature hour will be those who died young and will feature music from a host of artists who died in their twenties and thirties.I have decided to avoid the 27 club and the well known artists.i will include songs from little willie john, johnny kidd, larry finnegan, billy stewart, thomas wayne, chuck willis, tammi Terrell and shorty long amongst others.kalumunda fm is a 102.5 and it is not digital and doesn't stream on the web.hopefully you can tune in and I promise I will try to be only 15 minutesw over my allotted time.
regards frank glosny

27 years of age seems to be a over represented age for notable musicians.Apart from the ones mentioned earlier It includes Jesse Belvin,Joe snap your fingers Henderson,Rudy lewis (drifters),Peter Ham (badfinger and Brian Jones (Rolling stones).

Next Monday November 26th I will be on again between 4-5pm on Kalamunda fm and the theme will be follow up records.it will be one of a series of shows I hope to present.this Mondays show will focus on the rock n roll years and will feature follow up records by ernie k doe,kyu sakamoto, buzz Clifford, bobby freeman, wanda Jackson, dave Dudley, marcels and many others.A number of these artists had number one us hits with their first breakout hit and hardly any were able to replicate their success with their follow up record.
